What Clients Say
Yes, all charters come with a captain. We do not have any boats available to be driven by the general public at this time.
3 hour minimum on charters. 2 hour minimum on Jetski rentals.

A 6% processing fee is non-refundable for all bookings.
All cancellations must be made via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
You may cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before your reserved charter date for a full refund (minus processing fees).
Cancellations between 14-7 days will result in a $300.00 cancellation fee + processing fee.
Canceling between 6-3 days will result in 50% trip charge + 20% captain fees.
Trips canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled trip time will be charged the full trip amount + captain fees + processing fees to the credit card on file.
All booking adjustments must be made 7 days before your scheduled trip time or a $150.00 rescheduling fee will be incurred. Please note that if you are rescheduling your trip, we cannot guarantee that we will have availability.
No refunds or time extensions will be offered in the event that you are late.
Bad Weather Policy -
At CUCO Jetski and Yacht Rentals, our foremost concern is the safety and satisfaction of our customers. In the event of inclement weather, we have implemented the following policy:
1. Weather Monitoring: Our dedicated team continually monitors weather conditions to ensure the well-being of our customers and crew.
2. Communication: We will promptly communicate any necessary changes or cancellations to the charter organizer if adverse weather conditions are anticipated.
3. Rescheduling Options: We will work closely with the charter organizer to find a suitable alternative date for the rental, accommodating their schedule as much as possible.
4. Refund Policy: In the event of severe weather that necessitates the cancellation of a rental, we will consider providing a full or partial refund or credit for a future rental, based on the specific circumstances.
5. Safety Priority: The final decision to modify or cancel a rental due to bad weather lies with our team, as we prioritize the safety of all participants.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize safety and strive to provide an exceptional rental experience at CUCO Jetski and Yacht Rentals, even in challenging weather conditions.
To ensure a clean and well-maintained environment on our boats, we have a policy that includes restrictions on items, attire, smoking, and a cleaning fee. Please take note of the following guidelines:
1. Glass Bottles and Fragile Items: Please refrain from bringing glass bottles or any fragile items that can easily break and potentially cause harm to passengers or damage to the boat.
2. Staining Items: To prevent any potential stains or damage, the following items are not allowed on board:
- Snacks such as Cheetos, hot Cheetos, and chips with vibrant pigments that have a high likelihood of staining the boat's surfaces.
- Red wine, as spills can lead to stubborn stains.
- Jello shots, as they can easily spill and cause staining.
3. Wearing Jeans: To help maintain the cleanliness of our boat's seats, we kindly request that you avoid wearing jeans during the charter. Jeans have the potential to stain the seats, and we suggest opting for lighter, non-staining clothing options.
4. Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted at the designated smoking area located at the back of the boat. For the comfort of all passengers, we kindly ask that you adhere to this policy and avoid smoking in other areas of the boat.
Please be aware that a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if any damages or excessive cleaning is required due to non-compliance with the aforementioned policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our boats in excellent condition for all guests.

Life jackets are provided for all guests. We do recommend bringing your own lifejacket for small children.
